Our own metal workshop on-site guarantees us independence and continuity in the production of advertising tent structures and flag masts. This allows us to respond quickly to customer needs, tailoring our products to their individual requirements. We also ensure shorter lead times and consistent quality control at every stage of production.

We use only materials that are tested and free from defects, ensuring that your product serves you for many seasons and is resistant to damage.

• The fabrics we use in production are tested for water resistance and fire resistance (according to DIN 4102-B1), manufacturing defects, stretchiness, and resistance to UV radiation (according to DIN 16525 and the wool scale).
• The term “resistance to UV radiation” refers to their ability to withstand light without direct exposure to atmospheric conditions.
• Polyester fabrics are resistant to UV radiation. On the wool scale, their durability is rated at 4-5, meaning that with continuous sun exposure, these fabrics will last from 2 to 5 weeks in summer and from 2 to 5 months in winter. In contrast, dye-sublimation prints are rated 5-6 on this scale, indicating they will last from 3 to even 8 weeks in summer and from 4 to 6 months in winter. We can’t imagine not having our own printing house. This is where all the magic happens!

The graphic department prepares the design, which goes straight to print. We print on the entire surfaces of tents, umbrellas, and flags, but feel free to share your expectations with us, as we will certainly accommodate them.

Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect each product and then carefully pack it. This ensures that your order arrives safely. We do everything possible to deliver the shipment on time. That’s why we only use trusted courier companies.

Check the shipment in the presence of the courier! Complaints related to damage to the package during transport will only be considered upon presentation of a damage report, confirmed by the courier.

• In case of loss of the shipment, our company will file a claim with the courier company. If you made a pre-payment by bank transfer, we will refund the amount paid after the claim is processed by the carrier and compensation for the lost shipment is granted.
