We cannot make our products fully biodegradable, but we can reduce waste with the materials and technology used in their production. We emphasise high quality production and offer customers access to spare parts and lifetime after-warranty service. We repair, not throw away, so that our products are used for many years. The fabric from the MITKO Nature collection is manufactured from recycled PET bottles, and the ready product is packed in an eco-friendly manner. WE CAN PREVENT AS MANY AS 681 PLASTIC BOTTLES FROM POLLUTING THE ENVIRONMENT

For the MITKO Nature products, we use a recycled fabric made from plastic bottles (PET). The fabric is certified by the Recycled Claim Standard (RCS).

681 - that's how many bottles are needed to produce a tent roof with three solid walls and one wall with a door. The material needed to sew the roof itself requires as many as 277 plastic bottles, which otherwise would end up polluting the environment. We will reuse as many as 300 PET bottles to produce an umbrella, 10 bottles to produce a deck chair, and 14 bottles to produce a Boss chair. When it comes to an advertising wedge, we will reuse about 53 bottles. As you can see, your decision really means a lot. Buy consciously and protect the environment.

Fabrics and prints

For products from the MITKO Nature series, we use recycled fabrics in which polyester fibres are derived from recycled plastic bottles (PET). These fabrics are resistant to tearing and mechanical damage.

You can order fabrics from the MITKO Nature collection in any colour you wish. We can print any graphic design. This will allow you to personalise your tent, umbrella, advertising wedge or seats —we will print the fabric in the colour of your choice and place a unique graphic (e.g. your logo) on its surface.

The fabrics made from recycled material are printed using digital sublimation. The inks are environmentally friendly and have an ECO PASSPORT certificate issued by OEKO-TEX®
