Mitko SP. z o.o. does not sell and does not transfer its clients’ personal information to third parties, unless the obligation to provide the data is imposed by the provisions of the law, or it is necessary for Mitko sp. z o. o. to claim damages if a client breaches rights or violates goods.

Mitko sp. z o.o. may also collect personal data when it is necessary to meet a different, specified purpose (handling claims and disputes).

Marketing objectives

Customers who wish to receive marketing and commercial materials from Mitko sp. z o. o. must fill out the contact form (by entering first and last name or company name, and phone number, e-mail address) and select the statement on voluntary consent to the processing of their data for the selected purpose. As a result, Mitko sp. z o.o. shall process this data for the purposes of marketing of their services and/or products and commercial offers consisting in particular of sending unannounced text messages or e-mails to people whose contact information have been made available on a voluntary basis to Mitko sp. z o. o. In view of the above, any action in this regard, taken without the prior written consent of Mitko SP. z o. o., shall be deemed as unlawful and will be a violation of intellectual property of Mitko sp. z o. o.
