Our own ironworks gives us independence and ensures continuity of production of tent frames and flag masts. This enables us to modernize our tent models and introduce new technology. Constructions of our tents are copyrighted and unique solutions from Mitko.
A special selection of fibres which are controlled before packaging makes we use for the production only proven and defect-free textiles.
Fabrics we use in the production process are tested for water resistance, fire resistance according to DIN 4102-B1, manufacturing defects, stretchiness and resistance to UV radiation (according to DIN 16525 and the wool scale).
The term lightfastness should be understood as their resistance to light, without direct impact of atmospheric conditions.
Resistance of polyester fabrics to UV radiation in the wool scale is 4-5. Resistance of dye-sublimation print to UV radiation in the wool scale is 5-6.
We have our own digital and screen printing house. We specialise in dye-sublimation printing. The experience gained in this field over the last seven years let us print the whole surface of tents, umbrellas and flags.
We use only proven inks compatible with the requirements of OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Each product before sending is minutely controlled and then carefully packed. We make every effort to deliver every order on time. This is why our products are sent only with reliable courier companies.
Information about the status of the shipment is immediately sent to customers electronically by e-mail and as SMS alerts.

That is why we only ship our products using trusted courier companies. At the customer's request, we arrange for the goods to be picked up by the selected shipping company. Delivery is carried out according to the EXW Wodzisław Śląski rule (Incoterms 2010).
Information about the shipment status is sent to customers electronically. The day after the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the page showing the status of the package.
Please check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the courier. Complaints relating to the shipment damage during shipping will be considered only upon presentation of a damage report, confirmed by the shipping carrier.
In case of loss of the shipment, our company will submit a claim to the carrier. If you make a pre-payment by bank transfer, we will refund the amount paid after the consideration of the complaint by the carrier and receiving from it a compensation for the lost shipment.
